Occasionally in Cisco collaboration ream you are required to upgrade IP Phone firmware. Most of the time it’s for fixing some BUGS or getting new features on the phone. Today’s article we are gonna look at How to Upgrade Cisco IP Phone Firmware from Call Manager.
