If using a laptop, download the latest driver from the laptop maker’s support website. If using an external Bluetooth adapter, locate the support or downloads site for the product manufacturer and download the driver program there. Disconnect the Bluetooth receiver if using an external adapter, then run the installation utility to delete the old driver and reinstall the new one. Reboot the computer when prompted and attempt the connection again.
