Silent Hunter 3 Bismarck Mod
Which mods areyou tring to install?I am new to SH4 and 5 so I am far from expert but here is my uderstanding.Most mods should have a readme file to tell you, but there seems to be two main types1. Mods that replace the original game files. Simply copy and past them in the proper game folder2. Mods that use JSGME, this is an application that allows you to run modsa. JSGME can be downloadedb.
Put the JSGME application in the silent huter 4 folderc. Create a folder inside the silent hunter 4 folder called MODSd.
Unzip the mods you want into the MODS foldere. Run JSGME, the mods in the MODS folder should appear on the leftside1. Select the mod you want on the left and hit the right pointing arrow to put it on theright sidef.

GWX is one of them.sh3 commander is a self supported stand alone mod, It is basicly used so you can promote, give medals and what not. Because of the way the default game, the sea can be so dead of convoy traffic you will move through the war when you doc faster before you can give out medals and promotions. For me this is no longer a problem in my personal mod, but I use it any because it is a neat program to have.
