Core printing update for Service Pack 1?Are you talking about Client printers that you should only map with Citrix EMF or Network printer that you should map with Citrix Universal Print Server?

Hi,Thank you for your reply and your suggestions. As I said all Microsoft Patches are installed, this includes ServicePack1 and the mentioned 'core printing update'. The printers I'm talking about are not mapped, they're installed as local IP printers directly on the XenApp Servers.

Currently it’s not possible to use the Citrix UPS.I also tested the drivers with 'stress printers' and the tool does not report any errors.About your links:I can’t use only native Windows drivers, the Lexmark universal printer driver is a PCL5 version, no “kernel mode drivers” and no print monitors are installed.Best regards, Christoph. As I said all Microsoft Patches are installedand again those ONLY include security updates. There are a bunch of NON security hotfixes out for RDS and printing/spooler.The printers I'm talking about are not mapped, they're installed as local IP printers directly on the XenApp Servers.Still they use the local spooler, right? And therfore the core printing update is important. Also I would NOT recommend to use local IP printers directly on XenApp!Microsoft update rollup for the printing core components in Windows 7 / Server 2008 R2 availabe!Thomas-Follow me.
